急凍帶子則放入雪櫃的保鮮格內解凍。你只需在解凍帶子後用少許鹽醃一醃,待會再用廚房紙抺乾水份即可。而煎帶子前,先用大火把鑊燒燒才落油,等油熱透即收至中火,加入帶子煎至金黃色,才反轉另一面,就能成功煎出一道香口的帶子菜式。
